Five Beverages tasting package:

Enhance your festival experience in advance with a package of five drink vouchers (value 50 €). Each ticket can be redeemed for a drink of equivalent value at the event’s bars. A wide selection of wines, beers, and cocktails is available, not forgetting non-alcoholic options.

Three Dishes tasting package:

Enhance your festival experience in advance with a package of three food vouchers (value 36 €). Each ticket can be redeemed for a tasting portion of equivalent value at the event’s food restaurants. A diverse selection of culinary delights from top-tier restaurants is available. A wide selection of vegetarian and vegan option are also on offer.

Add-on tickets alone do not grant access to the festival area; each customer must also have a festival ticket.

WHERE TO BUY FESTIVAL TICKETS AND ADD-ONS

Festival tickets are available at Lippu.fi online store: www.lippu.fi/alapark

and via Lippu.fi elamys.lippu.fi online store.

Add-ons are only available for purchase at the Lippu.fi elamys.lippu.fi online store. Link to the Lippu.fi elamys.lippu.fi store will be added to this website when the sale starts on Tuesday 26th November at 10AM.

Add-ons can be purchased from the announcement until the event begins. You can buy them either when purchasing your festival ticket or at any time later. Add-on tickets purchased in the same transaction will be included on a same mobile ticket/QR code. If you purchase more add-on tickets later, you will receive a new order confirmation and a new mobile ticket/QR code.

USER ACCOUNT

The same Lippu.fi customer account username and password are used for both the Lippu.fi website and the Lippu.fi’s elamys.lippu.fi store.

AGE LIMIT

The festival is adult only and the age limit is 18+.

DELIVERY METHODS

For festival tickets purchased via Lippu.fi: Lippu.PASS, PDF ticket, postal delivery, pickup from sales points

For festival tickets purchased via elamys.lippu.fi store: PDF ticket

For add-ons purchased via elamys.lippu.fi store: Mobile ticket

Add-on tickets purchased in the same transaction will be included on a same mobile ticket/QR code. If you purchase more add-on tickets later, you will receive a new order confirmation and a new mobile ticket/QR code.

You can access your add-on tickets as follows:

1. Via the "Lunasta tilaus" button in the order confirmation delivered to your email. Each separate transaction will result in a separate order confirmation.

OR

2. By logging into the Lippu.fi elamys.lippu.fi store with your credentials and clicking "Lunasta tilaus" under your customer profile. Each separate transaction will generate its own mobile ticket. Through your customer profile, you can also view all the add-on tickets you have purchased.

FANSALE

On Lippu.fi's official resale platform, FanSALE, only festival tickets purchased through Lippu.fi's online store can be sold.
